How do I know if we're a good fit?
Great question! If you're unsure after browsing our site, schedule a call for more info.
When can I expect solutions?
After you subscribe, we will send you a Trello Board for organizing and submitting requests. Once you submit or move a request to your current request queue, we will get back to you regarding the request within two business days. If we have everything we need to start working on the request, we will communicate timelines and expectations, or if we need any clarity, we will ask!
Given our desire to provide 100% satisfaction for our solutions and the async nature of our subscription, we do not commit to deadlines. We communicate time estimates along the way, but if you're expecting herculean feats to make a deadline, we're not well-suited for each other. If you have any questions, please schedule a call and ask!
Where do I receive solutions?
We send solutions as GitHub pull requests or as a new GitHub repo for new projects. We communicate about requests via your own Trello board, which we set up on subscription.
What do I send with a request?
The more context you send us, the more likely we will hit expectations the first time. All frontend requests must come with design files.
Who are the engineers?

Why don't you offer refunds?
We believe in the quality of our work and the ability to deliver on your expectations. Refunds would hinder our ability to provide high-quality work to other customers. Additionally, we allow you to cancel your subscription.
